CIUSSS West-Central Montreal has bocame the world’s first healthcare network certified as a Lean Centre of Excellence by the Leading Edge Group. This recognizes that the CIUSSS continuously strives to improve services for users of health care and social services.
Health care and social services are being improved by balancing innovative digital technology with an individual’s need for compassion and respect, Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg, President and CEO of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal, said at the healthcare network’s Public Information Meeting.
Alan Maislin has had his term renewed as President of the Board of Directors of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal until September 2022. He says he is honoured by the reappointment and is looking forward to continuing the important work of the Board.
Coping with the high volume of emergency patients and preventing the spread of infection were the focus of attention on June 25 during a visit to the JGH by Danielle McCann, Minister of Health and Social Services.
